Veolia is seeking a Class 2 Driver / Loader to join our team in Shrewsbury and surrounding areas. The role involves driving, loading, and collecting recycling and waste with a 37-hour week and a 6:45 am start.

Part-time hours would be considered, with no long-distance travel or overnight stays. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £15.30 plus overtime, 21 days annual leave, pension access, free physiotherapy, and training opportunities to support your development and work-life

Qualifications

• Cat C Licence required.
• Driver CPC & Digi Tachograph Card required.
• Willingness to perform mixed loading/driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Collect recycling, refuse and green waste from domestic properties within Shrewsbury and surrounding areas.
• Drive and load duties as part of daily tasks.
• Complete vehicle defect checks and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of carriageway and report spills.
