Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is recruiting for reliable Class 2 Drivers to support our clients across Newport and the surrounding areas. A mix of general haulage, multi-drop deliveries and pallet network work is available, with opportunities for both full-time roles and flexible agency assignments.

Key requirements include a valid Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, and a tachograph card, along with knowledge of driver hours and transport regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence is required.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification is required.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Good understanding of driver hours and transport regulations.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods safely and efficiently to customers and sites.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and transport paperwork accurately.
• Maintain compliance with driving regulations and Working Time Directive (WTD).
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Represent the business in a professional and positive manner.
