The Best Connection Newport is currently recruiting for reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a well-established client based in Central Newport. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive pay and a supportive working environment.

About the Role:

You will be driving a Class 2 vehicle, completing a range of deliveries across South Wales and surrounding areas. Start times vary between 07:30 and 10:00, giving flexibility and a later start option for those who prefer it.

This is a multi-drop role, and the nature of the goods can vary depending on the route. You'll be expected to carry out deliveries in a safe and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle to complete deliveries
• Carrying out vehicle checks before and after shifts
• Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork
• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point

Requirements:
