CEVA Logistics UK&I in Bristol is seeking a Class 2 Driver for day shifts, offering guaranteed hours, Monday to Friday, with modern vehicles and a competitive salary.

You will work 42 hours per week, starting between 05:00 and 06:00. The salary for this role is £39,440.84 per annum which includes a Market rate supplement of £6,573.84 per annum (the MRS is paid monthly).

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 licence.
• Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than six penalty points.

YOUR ROLE

Our Ground & Rail operation in Bristol has an exciting opportunity for a Class 2 Driver to join our team supporting the delivery of various customer products.If you're looking for a permanent, full-time role with guaranteed hours, Monday to Friday working, modern vehicles and a competitive salary, we'd love to hear from you.

You’ll work 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a day shift, The salary for this role is £39,440.84 per annum which includes a Market rate supplement of £6,573.84 per annum (the MRS is paid monthly).

In addition, we pay an unsocial premium of £3.01 per hour between 8pm and 6am. Start times are between 05:00 and 06:00

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Your duties will also include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering and collecting products to our customer delivery and collection points within the agreed service level agreements and adhering to any special delivery instructions as appropriate.
• Provide a consistently high standard of driving and customer service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
• Always represent the company professionally, delivering excellent customer service during every interaction.
• Carry out all driving activities safely and securely in line with company policies, current Road Traffic legislation and EU Drivers' Hours Regulations.
• Ensure all vehicle equipment checks are carried out prior to the operation of the company vehicles and report any defects immediately.
• Always follow all health and safety policies and procedures.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A valid Category (Class 2) licence
• A valid Digital Tachograph card
• No more than six penalty points

As this is a customer-facing role, you'll be confident communicating with customers and building positive working relationships that enhance the service CEVA provides.
