Job summary

DHL Bristol is seeking a Class 2 driver to join our operations, delivering goods safely and on time from Bristol, BS11 0YW. This permanent (full-time) role features a 4-days-out-of-7 shift pattern and involves 6–7 daily drops across South Wales, South West, and surrounding areas.

You will drive in compliance with Drivers' Hours, health and safety standards, and perform regular vehicle checks. Manual handling is required. DHL supports veterans and inclusive employment.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving License (C).
• Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Minimum 6 months HGV Class 2 driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chilled, ambient and frozen goods to stores.
• Typically 6–7 drops; up to 11 on peak days.
• Deliver across South Wales, South West, edges of London, Portsmouth and Southampton.
• Drive safely in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Follow health and safety standards and Highway Code.
• Carry out regular vehicle checks; manual handling as needed.
