Woodside Logistics Group, based in Southampton, is seeking a high-calibre Class 2 driver. The role involves inspecting and transporting customer cars to private and business addresses across the UK & Ireland, with potential future progression to Class 1. Full training on transporter equipment is provided by our Driver Trainers.
Based at Southampton, you will need a Class 2 licence, tachograph card, and CPC. A clean licence is preferred but up to 6 points is acceptable.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - Tramping

The Role and Responsibilities:
Based at Southampton you will be inspecting & transporting customer cars, mainly to private and business addresses, around Northern Ireland whilst meeting Company, customer and legal requirements.
Class 2 (C) licence.
Digital tachograph card and driver's CPC qualification card.
Well presented, professional individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to maintain a good standard of driving.
Clean license preferable but up to a maximum 6 points is acceptable.
Able to demonstrate right to work in the UK.
Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and WTD regulations.
Full flexibility is required to fulfil the operational needs of the business
Previous experience working within the automotive industry.
Training:
Full training on transporter equipment and all aspects of the role is provided on a one-on-one basis with one of our Driver Trainers.
