Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting for a Class 2 Driver (Category C) based in Avonmouth. This temp-to-perm role offers full-time hours (45 per week) from 6am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, delivering kitchens and related units as part of a two-person crew.

You will join a busy distribution operation, ensuring safe, timely deliveries to residential and commercial customers, and progressing toward a permanent position after a successful probation.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations.
• Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver kitchens, worktops, cabinets and related products to customers.
• Work alongside a driver's mate to complete safe, efficient deliveries.
• Load and unload vehicles, including heavy and bulky items.
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks before each shift.
• Ensure delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
• Deliver a professional, courteous customer experience at every site.
• Follow road transport legislation and company health & safety procedures.
• Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy.

Contract: Temp to Perm

Pay Rate: £17.75 per hour
