GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a skilled Class 2 Driver for Swadlincote on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work 48 hours per week on a 4 on-2 off shift with an early start window of 04:00–06:00, delivering to Midlands and surrounding areas.

Competenze

• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement.
• No more than 6 current penalty points on licence.
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements in last 5 years.
• Previous experience driving category C vehicles is preferable.

Mansioni

• Deliver and collect goods to and from high street retailers in the Midlands and North West.
• Load and unload using tail-lift and roll cages (pallets sometimes).
• Operate GXO vehicles in a safe, legal and efficient manner.
• Complete paperwork accurately, on time and in full.
• Comply with Driver hours, Tachograph, Working Time and Road Traffic Act rules.

This is a full time, permanent role you will be contracted to work48 hoursper week on the shift pattern of4 on 2 offwith the start time window of04:00 – 06:00

What you will do on a typical day:

• Deliver and collect goods to and from various high street retailers in and around the Midlands and North West
• Loading and unloading using tail-lift and roll cages – (sometimes pallets)
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner
• Complete all necessary paperwork correctly, in full and on time
• Be compliant with Driver’s hours, Tachograph, Working Time, and Road Traffic Act regulations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement
• No more than 6 current penalty points
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within the previous 5 years
• Previous experience driving category C vehicles is preferable
