Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking an HGV Class 2 Driver to join its client in Stoke-on-Trent. You will deliver bakery products nationwide, averaging around 15 drops per day with early start times.

This is ongoing, full-time work with modern vehicles. Expect weekly PAYE payroll, overtime opportunities, and shifts handled by KPI Recruiting's driving division.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Understanding of Drivers' Hours and the Working Time Directive.
• No IN, DD or DR endorsements on licence.
• Flexible with working hours when required.
• Safety boots and a hi-vis vest (PPE may be required).

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries of bakery products.
• Loading and unloading as required (handball possible).
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork.
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points.
• Driving safely and in accordance with transport legislation.

£15.21 per hour!

KPI Recruiting are currently recruiting professional Class 2 Drivers to work with one of our prestigious clients based in Stoke on Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking ongoing, full-time work with a well-established business.

What's on Offer?

• Immediate starts available
• Rota work – 1st week Tuesday – Friday. 2nd week – Monday – Saturday.
• Start times between 0200 – 0430

The Role

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be delivering bakery products to different supermarkets and wholesalers across the UK. Can be around 15 drops a day. There can be times where you are asked to help unload so handball can be involved!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Multi-drop deliveries of bakery products.
• Loading and unloading goods where required (some handball involved)
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
• Driving safely and in accordance with all transport legislation

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

Pay
