Job summary

VTA Recruitment is recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join a Blackpool-based client with a long history of serving trade customers in the North West. This is a stable, family-owned opportunity for a reliable driver.

You will perform multi-drop deliveries, loading/unloading, and ensure deliveries are completed efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service. Training is provided with regular Mon-Fri hours and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence.
• Full CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• No DR10 or IN10 convictions.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries and collections within your designated route.
• Loading and unloading of vehicle, both at delivery points and on return to the depot.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Handling P.O.D’s, payments and delivery paperwork.
• Daily walkaround and vehicle checks.

VTA Recruitment is recruiting for a Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client to join their team in Blackpool. Pay & Working Pattern

Pay: £14.20 per hour raising to £14.60 once completed training

Overtime: £21.00 per hour

Hours: 43.5 hours per week

Working pattern: Monday – Friday, 07:30am -16:30pm

No weekend work!

Key Responsibilities
