Job summary

GXO Logistics is hiring HGV Class 2 Drivers to service Costa Coffee stores across the UK from Sherburn in Elmet. This permanent, full-time role offers a highly rewarding schedule with a 48-hour average week in a 5 on 3 off pattern and a start window 18:00–22:00, plus regular overtime.

You will operate company vehicles to deliver chilled, frozen and ambient goods, complete delivery docs, and uphold driver hours and tachograph rules while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement.
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph cards.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within the last 5 years.
• Newly qualified drivers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chilled, frozen, and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores (approximately 10–15 deliveries per shift).
• Operate company vehicles safely, legally and professionally.
• Complete all delivery and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
• Adhere to Driver Hours, Working Time, Tachograph and Road Traffic regulations.
• Build positive relationships with customers at delivery locations.

At GXO Logistics, we're looking for professional and customer-focused HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team in Sherburn in Elmet delivering to Costa Coffee stores across the UK. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering an excellent pay, a structured shift pattern, regular overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will be contracted to work an average of48 hoursper week over a 17-week reference period on the shift pattern of5 on 3 offwith the start time window of18:00–22:00. Regular overtime opportunities available across all shifts and days (weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays) that increases your average holiday pay rate.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph cards
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within the last 5 years
• Previous Class 2 driving experience is desirable although newly qualified drivers will be considered
