Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver (Cat C) to join a well-established national business in Fareham. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday pattern with 6am starts and an immediate start opportunity, with a temporary-to-permanent pathway and the potential for a permanent position.

You will drive a Class 2 vehicle, complete delivery paperwork, perform daily vehicle checks, and provide a courteous service.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement.
• Valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Previous multi-drop driving experience preferred.
• Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused approach.
• Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport legislation.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Deliver goods accurately and on time.
• Complete delivery paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
• Follow all road transport legislation and company procedures.
• Provide a professional and courteous service to customers.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver (Cat C) to join a well-established national business based in Fareham.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers, Class 2 Drivers, Cat C Drivers, LGV Drivers, and Multi-Drop Drivers looking for a full-time role with excellent rates of pay, immediate starts, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

• £17.00 per hour PAYE.
