Job summary

Candidate Source is seeking a Class 2 Driver for ongoing full-time work in Crick. You will deliver to stores from a Crick-based operation, with flexible start times and patterns. The role offers a clear path to a permanent contract and shifts of roughly 10 hours.

Pay ranges from £18.13 to £20.19 per hour depending on pattern and hours, with 28 days’ holiday pro rata. Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday patterns are available, including day or evening starts.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Experience completing commercial delivery work.
• Safety footwear and a high-visibility vest for each shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled store deliveries to retail addresses.
• Use tail lifts safely when loading and unloading deliveries.
• Transport goods securely and in line with delivery schedules.
• Complete the required driving and delivery documentation accurately.
• Follow relevant road transport, tachograph and working time regulations.
• Maintain safe working practices throughout each shift.

Job description

As a Class 2 Driver, you'll have ongoing, full-time work, regular shifts and the potential to secure a permanent position.

You'll be completing store deliveries from a Crick based transport operation, with a choice of shift patterns and start times to suit different working preferences.
