Job summary

TipTopJob in Crick is seeking a Class 2 Driver for ongoing full-time store deliveries from our Crick-based transport operation, with a choice of shift patterns and start times to suit different working preferences.

You will work from Crick, with tail lifts, and must follow tachograph and working time regulations, while maintaining safety throughout each shift. Opportunities exist to secure a permanent contract with various starts including 03:00 or 17:00.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C driving licence.
• Driver CPC Qualification Card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Experience completing commercial deliveries.
• Safety footwear and a high-visibility vest for each shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled store deliveries to retail addresses.
• Use tail lifts safely when loading and unloading deliveries.
• Transport goods securely and in line with delivery schedules.
• Complete the required driving and delivery documentation accurately.
• Follow relevant road transport, tachograph and working time regulations.
• Maintain safe working practices throughout each shift.

Job description

As a Class 2 Driver, youll have ongoing, full:time work, regular shifts and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Youll be completing store deliveries from a Crick based transport operation, with a choice of shift patterns and start times to suit different working preferences.

What we're looking for in a Class 2 Driver

Working hours: Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday, with 03:00 or 17:00 starts. Shifts average approximately 10 hours.
