Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting for a Class 2 Driver in the Leicester area on a Monday to Friday, dayshift contract. This role offers consistent weekday work, fully paid breaks and a genuine temp-to-perm pathway with long-term career prospects as the business grows.

You'll start on a suitable vehicle and progress as you gain confidence, completing around 15 multi-drop deliveries to business customers each day, plus daily vehicle checks, and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Safety footwear and high-visibility vest.
• Multi-drop delivery experience preferred; newly qualified drivers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Complete approximately 15 multi-drop deliveries each day, primarily to business customers.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and complete all required paperwork.
• Deliver goods safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide a professional level of customer service at every delivery point.
• Follow all transport legislation and company procedures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any defects promptly.

This Class 2 Driveropportunity offers you consistent weekday work, fully paid breaks and the chance to secure a permanent role with a well:established transport and logistics operation.

Whether youre an experienced licence holder or have recently passed your test, youll receive the support needed to build confidence on the road. Newly qualified drivers may begin on smaller vehicles before progressing to larger vehicles as their skills are assessed.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday with start times between 7:00am and 9:00am
