Job summary

Gi Group are seeking an experienced Class 2 driver for roles in Coleshill. The position offers shifts starting 04:00–07:00 Monday to Friday, with 3–8 pallet drops daily and PDA usage required.

National and local deliveries are expected, with a weekly pay cycle and holiday pay included. Applicants must hold a valid UK Class 2 licence with at least 6 months of experience, CPC and Digi Tacho, and be well-presented with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• In date UK Class 2 licence with 6 months experience minimum.
• Current and valid CPC and Digi Tacho.
• Previous multi drop experience preferred.
• Well presented and good customer service essential.
• Willingness to load/unload using pallet truck.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/CU/MS/IN, TT accepted).

Responsibilities

• 3–8 drops per day of pallets.
• Use of PDA machine required.
• Handball may be required from time to time.
• National & Local deliveries expected.

Class 2 rate:

• £16.53 per hour including holiday pay in advance (PAYE only, no umbrellas)
• Minimum 10 hours guaranteed

Class 2 shifts:

• Monday to Friday
• 04:00-07:00 starts

Class 2 key Duties

• 3 - 8 drops per day of pallets.
• Use of PDA Machine is required.
• Handball maybe required from time to time.
• National & Local deliveries are expected.

Class 2 Driver Requirements and skills:
