Job summary

BOC Limited, a Linde company, is hiring a delivery driver to ensure road-worthiness, safekeeping, and cleanliness of allocated vehicles. You will deliver gas cylinders to customers and perform daily inspections, with equipment operation as needed.

Qualifications include HGV/LGV Cat C, ADR Class 2, and Driver CPC, along with defensive driving knowledge and strong customer interaction skills. A minimum 2-year LGV entitlement helps with insurance and consistency.

Qualifications

• HGV/LGV Cat C licence required.
• ADR (Class 2) in packages.
• Driver CPC is required.
• Knowledge of defensive driving and driver regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approximately 15–20 gas cylinders daily to customers.
• Complete daily pre-use inspection check sheets for the vehicle and any specialised equipment.
• Operate forklift truck or crane for loading/unloading vehicles if required.
• Apply defensive driving techniques and comply with road regulations for safe transit of cylinders.
• Use safe handling techniques to deliver/collect cylinders to/from customers.
• Adhere to strict Health & Safety operations.
