Job summary

Zeeco, Inc. is seeking an experienced Class 1 Welder / Fabricator / Plater to join our manufacturing team. You will work with carbon steel, stainless steel and high nickel alloys, fabricating flare tips, burners, skids and pressure vessel components from detailed drawings.

You will plan fabrication activities, prepare materials, and support welding operations to ASME IX and ISO 15614 standards, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery across oil, gas and power projects.

Qualifications

Class 1 welder/fabricator/plater with ability to pass Class 1 TIG fillet weld test.
Experience fabricating and plating within Oil & Gas, Pressure Vessel, Pipefitting or Heavy Engineering industries.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication drawings.
Knowledge of welding standards and procedures, including WPS documentation.

Responsibilities

Interpret isometric and engineering drawings to manufacture fabricated components.
Fabricate parts accurately and efficiently from detailed technical drawings.
Work with carbon steel, stainless steel and high nickel alloys.
Plan fabrication sequences and prepare materials for welding to high standards.
Maintain safety, quality and delivery during projects.
