Job summary

Woodside Logistics Group in Liverpool is seeking HGV drivers with a C+E licence to join our team. You will deliver and collect goods for Woodside Tankfreight and our customers, following all legal requirements and safety practices.

Responsibilities include loading and transporting food and non-food goods for major blue‑chip clients, with full ongoing training from our Driver Trainers. A competitive pay rate and nights-out allowance where applicable are offered.

Qualifications

• Full UK C+E licence required
• Digital tachograph card and Driver CPC qualification required
• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience
• Clean licence preferred (up to 6 points acceptable)
• Right to work in the UK must be demonstrated
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and WTD regulations
• Current ADR in Tanks
• Tankers driving experience preferred

What are we looking for?

We're looking for HGV drivers that hold a C+E licence to join our team at our operation in Liverpool. You will be undertaking the delivery & collection of products on behalf of Woodside Tankfreight and its customers.

Job Description:

The role requires General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice, delivering and collection to/from our customers' premises.

Loading and delivering of food / non-food grade goods on behalf of major blue-chip companies.

Full and ongoing training will be provided by our team of dedicated Driver Trainers.

Pay rates:

Competitive rates

A full UK C+E licence (essential) Digital tachograph card and driver's CPC qualification card.

Minimum of 12 months previous class 1 driving

Able to maintain a good standard of driving.

Clean license preferable but up to a maximum 6 points is acceptable.

Able to demonstrate right to work in the UK.

Good knowledge of drivers' hours and WTD regulations.

Current ADR in Tanks.

Minimum of 12 months previous class 1 Tanker driving experience.

Full induction and training on all aspects of the role is provided on a one-on-one basis with one of our Driver Trainers.
