Job summary

Woodside Logistics Group in Ballynure, Northern Ireland, is seeking HGV drivers with a C+E licence to join our team. You will be delivering and collecting products on behalf of Woodside Tankfreight and its customers, with full induction and ongoing training provided by our Driver Trainers.

The role covers general driving duties, adherence to current laws and best practice, loading and delivering food and non-food goods for major blue-chip clients, and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• C+E licence and CPC qualification required.
• ADR Tanks certification is preferred.
• Digital tachograph card valid.
• Right to work in the UK.
• 12 months Class 1 (C+E) driving experience preferred.

Job description

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for HGV drivers that hold a C+E licence to join our team at our operation in Ballynure. You will be undertaking the delivery & collection of products on behalf of Woodside Tankfreight and its customers.

Job Description:

The role requires General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice, delivering and collection to/from our customers’ premises.

Loading and delivering of food / non-food grade goods on behalf of major blue-chip companies.

Full and ongoing training will be provided by our team of dedicated Driver Trainers.

Pay rates:

Competitive rates

• A full UK C+E licence (essential) Digital tachograph card and driver's CPC qualification card.
• Minimum of 12 months previous class 1 driving
• Able to maintain a good standard of driving.
• Clean license preferable but up to a maximum 6 points is acceptable.
• Able to demonstrate right to work in the UK.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and WTD regulations.
• Current ADR in Tanks.
• Minimum of 12 months previous class 1 Tanker driving experience.
• Competitive pay rate and allowance for nights out (if applicable).
• Full induction and training on all aspects of the role is provided on a one-on-one basis with one of our Driver Trainers.
