Müller is hiring for Class 1 Shunter Drivers at Severnside Depot in Gloucestershire. The role is full-time and yard-based with a 4-on 4-off pattern from 18:00 to 06:00. Overtime is paid at £19.46 per hour, with base rates from £17.30 to £28.42 per hour plus a £20 weekly supplement.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 Licence is mandatory.
• CPC and digital driving card (mandated).
• No more than 6 minor points on licence.
• Comfortable with the physical nature of the role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite bay movements ensuring equipment is compliant.
• Prioritise safety and respect other road users.
• Perform regular checks on vehicles and trailers and report defects.
• Conduct driver and vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Identify and manage safety, health and workplace risks.
