Job summary

HR Employment Bureau Redditch is urgently seeking 2 x full-time Class 1 Drivers for immediate start to cover the Christmas rush. You will work full-time hours for 3 months as a self-employed driver, with potential to continue taking shifts as an approved driver thereafter.

Roles include trunking and retail park deliveries. Ideal candidates have Class 1 CE, CPC, up to 6 points, 2+ years held licence, and UK driving experience. Shifts include days and nights with varied rota.

Qualifications

UK HGV Class 1 CE Driving Licence is required.
Full Driver CPC Certification required.
No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
Held licence for minimum 2 years.
At least 1 year UK HGV driving experience.
UK Licence, DCPC Card and Digital Driver Tachograph (Tacho) required.

Responsibilities

1600 starts Monday to Friday shifts (Nights).
Monday to Friday days 0600 starts (Days).
Delivery/Collection of caged goods.
Local or Nationwide Trunking or store delivery.

Job description

We are looking for 2 x full time Class 1 Drivers to join our driving team with immediate start available with pay up £22.00p/h for the forthcoming Christmas rush.

This will be full time hours for 3 months for self employed driver and after which you can continue to pick up shifts as an approved driver.

This is ideal for a Class 1 Driver who enjoys regular predictable work. You will be responsible for delivering to retail parks as well as trunking so experience here is desirable.
