Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is recruiting a Class 1 Plant Delivery Driver in the Ipswich area. You will deliver and collect plant equipment, primarily Telehandlers, Rotators and Smart Tanks, maintaining safety and accuracy in loading and paperwork.

Requirements include Full Class 1 (C+E) HGV, CPC and Tachograph, with a focus on reliable customer service and safe operations. This full-time role offers overtime and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Full Class 1 (C+E) HGV Licence is required.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous experience delivering plant machinery preferred.
• Good knowledge of plant and machinery.
• Strong load securing knowledge; NPORS Loader/Securer advantageous.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, organised and safety-conscious.
• Maximum 3 points on licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect plant equipment from customer sites.
• Primarily transporting Telehandlers, Rotos and Smart Tanks.
• Safely load, secure and unload machinery.
• Complete vehicle checks and delivery paperwork.
• Provide a professional and reliable service to customers.
• Work closely with the depot team to ensure deliveries run smoothly.
