Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience.
• Maximum 6 penalty points on licence.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 vehicles.
• Ensure timely collection and delivery of goods.
• Assist in warehouse when no runs are available.
• Complete relevant paperwork and follow procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report issues.

Class 1 Night Driver

We are currently recruiting Class 1 Night Drivers to join our growing logistics team in Hounslow. This will be 1 long distance run to a distribution centre and back. Candidates must be flexible to work in the warehouse if there are no runs. This role is ideal for skilled, safety-focused drivers who are flexible in working in the warehouse and take pride in delivering reliable and efficient service.

Location: Hounslow

Pay Rates

• HGV 1 Nights: £20.00
• HGV 1 Saturday and Sunday : £22.00

Start times

• 22:00pm till 08:00am Two Shifts Avaialble
• Monday to Friday
• Saturday and Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 vehicles.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection and delivery of goods
• Be able to lift and work in the warehouse when needed.
• Complete all relevant documentation and follow operational procedures
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
• 1 year minimum Class 1 driving experience
• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Maximum 6 penalty points.
• Previous cargo handling or airside/warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety policies and operational guidelines
