Job summary

Royal Mail Group is recruiting Class 1 Large Goods Vehicle drivers for our 24/7 operation at North West Super Hub, Warrington. The role is permanent, offering a 36 hours 15 minutes per week rota with night, weekend and bank holiday shifts.

You will collect and transport mail between sites, drive fixed UK routes, load and unload, and use the latest technology to support you while maintaining security of loaded items.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised for long periods.
• Organised, punctual and capable of meeting tight timelines.
• Flexible to cover a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and transporting mail between sites and moving it to the next stage of delivery.
• Driving fixed UK routes and delivering on schedule while securing loaded items.
• Loading and unloading the vehicle and using technology to support efficient work.
