HGV Class 1 Driver

Start Date: Immediate

Our Customer: Our long-established logistics client based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.

Job Description:

1. Work involves Class 1 HGV driving trunking work across the UK to manufacturing sites or similar locations.
2. Some back hauling may be required.
3. Staying in touch with the transport team is a vital part of this work.

Licence Requirements:

1. HGV Class 1 Licence
2. Up-to-date CPC for your Class 1
3. Up-to-date Digi card for your Class 1

You Must:

1. Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
2. Be punctual
3. Maintain a smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no jeans, etc.)
4. Keep vehicle clean and in good condition
5. Possess good communication skills as you might need to be contactable throughout the shift

Salary:

1. Days: £15.00 per hour
2. Nights: £16.00 per hour
3. Saturdays: £18.00 per hour
4. Sundays: £20.00 per hour
