Job summary

R&V Group in the United Kingdom is hiring Class 1 drivers to support ongoing trunking and delivery operations. You will drive double-deckers between depots, complete PODs, and adhere to health and safety procedures while maintaining accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Class 1 driving.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• National Insurance Number.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Double deckers
• Depo to depo trunking
• Deliver company and third‑party products to scheduled locations
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time
• Follow company procedures including health, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Maintain a good understanding of transport department operations
• Manage your own working hours in line with the Road Transport Directive
• Adhere to tachograph rules and regulations
• Carry out daily vehicle checks in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure proof of deliveries (PODs) are signed and returned to the Transport Office
• Meet and exceed fuel efficiency targets set by the company
• Perform other transport‑related duties as required
