Job summary

Resolve Recruitment Services is actively seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for day and night shifts across UK routes. You will join one of the UK’s leading logistics teams, known for safety, reliability, and professional service.

Successful candidates will have at least 18 months of HGV experience, valid C+E licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card, with flexibility for shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid UK C+E (Class 1) driving licence with minimal or no penalty points.
• Up-to-date Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 18 months’ HGV driving experience.
• Experience in general haulage (preferred but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.
• Ability to work independently with excellent time‑management skills.
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport goods across the UK, adhering to planned routes and schedules.
• Carry out thorough pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driving hours, and mileage.
• Communicate effectively with the logistics team regarding any delays or issues.
• Ensure all loads are secure and compliant with legal and industry standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional manner.
