Job summary

Resolve Recruitment Services is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for day and night shifts across the UK. A minimum of 18 months’ experience and a clean driving record are required, along with CPC and Tachograph credentials.

You’ll work with a leading 3PL provider, enjoying competitive pay, regular routes, and strong safety standards. The role emphasises independence, time management, and professional customer service while operating in a modern fleet environment.

Qualifications

• UK C+E licence with minimal points.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card are required.
• Minimum 18 months HGV experience.
• General haulage experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of UK road networks and regulations.
• Ability to work independently with good time‑management.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely across the UK on planned routes and schedules.
• Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driving hours and mileage.
• Communicate with the logistics team about delays or issues.
• Ensure loads are secured and compliant with standards.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and represent the company professionally.
