Job summary

Resolve Recruitment Services is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for both day and night shifts. If you have a minimum of 18 months’ experience and are looking for consistent work with a reputable logistics provider, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be working with one of the UK’s leading third‑party logistics providers, renowned for delivering high-quality, efficient transport solutions.

Qualifications

• Valid UK C+E (Class 1) driving licence with minimal or no penalty points.
• Up-to-date Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 18 months’ HGV driving experience.
• Experience in general haulage (preferred but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport goods across the UK, adhering to planned routes and schedules.
• Carry out thorough pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driving hours, and mileage.
• Communicate effectively with the logistics team regarding any delays or issues.
• Ensure all loads are secure and compliant with legal and industry standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional manner.
