Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Daventry (Crick Side) is seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver to help keep our operations running smoothly and deliver goods safely and on time. This permanent, full-time role includes Friday to Monday shifts with 48 hours total, start times AM or PM, and a pay rate of £44,098.24 plus overtime after 48 hours.

Ideal candidates hold a Class 1 licence, Driver CPC and Tachograph Card, with 12 months driving experience and curtain-side experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Ideally have 12 months recent driving experience.
• Previous experience with curtain side on HGVs.

Responsibilities

• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Complying with health and safety standards, adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.
• Regular completion of vehicle checks.
• Manual handling of customer products.
