Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers on behalf of GXO Currys in Newark. This role offers ongoing, year-round work with full-time and part-time options, including day, afternoon, and night shifts with flexible start times to suit you.

Applicants must have a valid Class 1 licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph card, with no more than 6 points and a suitable commute to Newark. Competitive PAYE rates apply with peak bonuses during the season.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Located within a reasonable commute to Newark site.

Responsibilities

• Day shifts involve store deliveries to Currys locations.
• Nights and trunking between regional distribution centres, no handball.
• Occasional Saturdays/Sundays as required.

HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers Wanted - Newark

Guaranteed shifts, no cancellations!

Earn up to £22.65ph + £90 per week peak bonus!

Shifts Available around the clock, full-time & part-time, days, afternoons or nights, flexible start times, choose your own start time window!

Pay Rates (PAYE):

• Days: £19.40ph
• Nights: £20.48ph
• Saturdays: £21.57ph
• Sundays: £22.65ph
• Double Decker Bonus (stores only) £24 per run

Peak Bonus:

• £90 per week worked (11th October - 3rd January)

Requirements for the role

• Valid Class 1 C+E Licence, CPC and Digital Tacho card

• Located within a reasonable commute to site
