Job summary

Pertemps Heathrow is seeking experienced Class 1 (C+E) drivers to join a busy Hatfield operation. The role includes store deliveries into London, trunking between depots and operating Class 1 vehicles.

Shifts run day and night, seven days a week with overtime at enhanced rates and immediate starts. Applicants must hold a valid Class 1 licence, CPC and Tachograph card, plus a minimum of six months’ Class 1 experience and a good knowledge of UK roads.

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience.
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
Good knowledge of UK roads.
Reliable and professional approach.
Able to work safely and meet delivery timescales.

Responsibilities

Store deliveries into London.
Trunking between depots.
Operating Class 1 vehicles.
Some handball required.
Completing deliveries safely and on time.
Carrying out daily vehicle checks.
Following all relevant driving and company procedures.
