Job summary

Cencora in Leeds is seeking an experienced LGV Driver to join our Transport team and ensure safe, timely delivery of healthcare products across the region.

This full-time, permanent role features a 48-hour week, a 5:00pm start for night shifts, and a night shift premium in addition to base salary. You will perform multi-drop deliveries, safety checks, and maintain excellent service with customers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LGV licence suitable for the vehicle.
• Experience delivering to multiple customer sites is required.
• Strong customer service and clear communication skills.
• Good literacy and numeracy abilities for documentation.
• Knowledge of route planning and transport compliance is essential.
• Demonstrates a professional and reliable approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries to customer sites.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks.
• Ensure compliance with driving hours and tachograph regulations.
• Assist with collecting customer returns when required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and security.
• Accurately complete delivery documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers through service excellence.
• Follow health, safety and GDP requirements.
