Job summary

ARC Group, via NextGear Recruitment, is seeking experienced Class 1 Flatbed Drivers for locations around the Swadlincote area and the UK. Candidates should have solid flatbed experience, load security know-how, and a clean driving record.

You will strap and secure large concrete goods and palletised roofing tiles, with weekly PAYE pay between £17 and £18 per hour. The role offers potential permanent placements with an employee-focused company and opportunities for long-term security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year on-road driving experience in a similar environment.
• Over 25 years old for insurance purposes.
• Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence with no more than 6 points.
• Tachograph and CPC up to date.
• Good communications skills and UK road network knowledge.

We are recruiting for experienced Class 1 Flatbed Drivers for our client in the Swadlincote area. The ideal candidate will have previous flatbed experience and be confident with strapping and securing large concrete goods along with palletised goods (mainly palletised roofing tiles). We are looking for reliable, professional drivers who take pride in their work and understands the importance of safe load security and vehicle care. You will be delivering to locations around the UK.

You will have:

• Minimum 1 years on road driving experience in similar enviroment
• Be over the age of 25 for our clients insurance purposes
• Full UK Class 1 (C+E) license with no more than 6 points for minor endorsements
• Upto date tacho and cpc
• Good communications skills along with UK road network knowledge
