Job summary

ARC GROUP in Swadlincote is recruiting experienced Class 1 Flatbed Drivers for national deliveries across the UK. Candidates should have flatbed experience, be comfortable with strapping large goods, and maintain load security and vehicle care to a high standard.

Position offers PAYE rates of £17.00–£18.00 per hour with holiday pay and weekly pay. Opportunities exist for long-term security with a driver-focused company within ARC GROUP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years on road driving experience in similar enviroment.
• Be over the age of 25 for our clients insurance purposes
• Full UK Class 1 (C+E) license with no more than 6 points for minor endorsements
• Upto date tacho and cpc
• Good communications skills along with UK road network knowledge

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to locations around the UK.
• Ensure safe load security and vehicle care.
• Load/secure large concrete goods and palletised roofing tiles with proper restraints

We are recruiting for experienced Class 1 Flatbed Drivers for our client in the Swadlincote area. The ideal candidate will have previous flatbed experience and be confident with strapping and securing large concrete goods along with palletised goods (mainly palletised roofing tiles). We are looking for reliable, professional drivers who take pride in their work and understands the importance of safe load security and vehicle care. You will be delivering to locations around the UK.

You will have:

Minimum 1 years on road driving experience in similar enviroment

Be over the age of 25 for our clients insurance purposes

Full UK Class 1 (C+E) license with no more than 6 points for minor endorsements

Upto date tacho and cpc

Good communications skills along with UK road network knowledge
