Job summary

Blue Arrow is seeking a HGV Class 1 Driver based in York (YO26) for a temporary-to-permanent role. You will perform local collections and deliveries around York and surrounding areas in a class 1 vehicle, with shifts from Monday to Friday starting at 9:30 AM.

Applicants must hold a UK Class C+E licence, valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, and have at least 6 months of class 1 driving experience. No more than 6 points and no DR/DG/CD/DD/BA on licence; we welcome all backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Full UK Class C+E Licence required.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Licence must not have more than 6 points; no DR/DG/CD/DD/BA.
• At least 6 months experience driving Class 1 vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Local collections and deliveries around York and surrounding areas in a class 1.
• Support on domestic routes and adherence to driver rules and safety standards.
