Kemp Recruitment Ltd on behalf of our client is seeking a Class 1 Driver to join a dedicated engineering team. You will deliver and collect powered access machinery to customer sites, ensuring high service standards and safety.

Training is provided, with a permanent role offering progression and a competitive salary. Monday–Friday shifts with overtime opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Tachograph card holder.
• CE LGV or full UK licence with max 3 points.
• CPC qualification current.
• IPAF 3a/3b certified or willing to obtain.

Descripción del empleo

Position: Class 1 Driver

Salary: £42,000 basic

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am to 3:30pm

Overtime paid at an enhanced rate.

We are seeking a Class 1 Driver to join our client’s dedicated Engineering team, supporting their commitment to delivering a consistently high standard of service. The role involves the safe delivery and collection of powered access machinery to and from customer sites. Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Class 1 Driver Qualifications:

• Driver digital Tachograph Card
• LGV Licence Category CE / Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 penalty points
• Up-to-date CPC qualification
• IPAF 3a & 3b certification (or willingness to obtain)

Class 1 Driver Main Duties:

• Deliver and collect powered access machinery for hire at customer locations
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
