Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Class 1 Tramper Driver to perform palletised haulage across the UK, with duties including safe loading, delivery paperwork, and customer service at points of collection and delivery.

The role requires a valid Class 1 licence, CPC and Tachograph card, with willingness to stay away from home during the week and maintain high vehicle standards. ADR exposure is a plus. Regular tramping work is available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 1 driving experience
• Experience with curtain-sided trailers would be advantageous
• Good understanding of Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations
• ADR Licence would be advantageous
• Willingness to work away from home during the working week
• Professional and reliable approach

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and collections of palletised general haulage across the UK

Job description

Class 1 Tramper Driver

Location: Rutland Area

Salary: £14.50 - £15.03 per hour

Key Responsibilities
