Job summary

CTRG Limited is seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers to work full time or part time in Livingston, delivering chilled and ambient goods to food retail stores and RDCs. This hands-on role involves safe unloading of palletised goods directly at store locations.

You will be in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with varied shifts and start times, delivering to retail stores and RDCs. Training and ongoing support are provided by CTRG Limited.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• DCPC qualification and Digital Tachograph familiarity.
• Understanding Driver's hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) rules.
• Ability to perform vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Excellent communication and a flexible, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chilled and ambient goods to food retail stores and RDCs.
• Handle loading/unloading of palletised and cage goods.
• Adhere to routes, times, and safety procedures.
• Maintain professional customer interactions during store deliveries.

Ideally 1 month experience required, however NEW PASS DRIVERS will be Accepted with the right attitude and desire shown for the role.

Location: Livingston

Pay Rate: up to £23.91 per hour

You'll be part of a fast-paced and customer-focused environment with delivering to retail store deliveries as well as RDC's.

About You:

• Valid UK C+E (Class 1) Licence
• DCPC Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph
• Understand and able to comply with Driver's hours and WTD legislation
• Able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly
• Excellent communication skills with a flexible, can-do attitude
