Job summary

Ideal Recruit is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for a well-established client based in Liverpool. This is a full-time role with guaranteed shifts and consistent work.

You will make nationwide store deliveries across the UK, typically 3–4 drops per shift. Loading and unloading are required; refrigerated units experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum 12 months of Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Assessment required before starting.

Responsibilities

Ideal Recruit is currently looking for experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a well-established client based in Liverpool.

This is a full time opportunity with guaranteed shifts and consistent work.

Job details:

• Nationwide store deliveries across the UK.
• Average of 3–4 drops per shift (palletised goods – loading and unloading required)
• Experience with refrigerated units preferred.

PAYE Pay Rates:

• Overtime after 45 hours and if more then 9 hour in a day
• Monday to Friday overtime £24.94 with hol
• Weekend overtime £28.30 with hol
• Plus £10.00 tax free meal allowance per day

Requirements:

• Assessment required before starting.
• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Class 1 driver.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor endorsements only).
