Job summary

Ideal Recruit in Birmingham is seeking motivated Class 1 HGV (C+E) Night Drivers to join a well-established logistics operation. This is a stable, long-term, full-time role with guaranteed hours and a welcoming path for newly qualified drivers as well as experienced night drivers.

Night shifts typically run with 1 to 3 wave runs. You will handle palletised freight, perform loading/unloading, complete delivery paperwork, and carry out daily vehicle checks while maintaining safety on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) license.
• Valid Driver CPC card & Digital Tachograph card.
• Max 6 penalty points on licence (minor endorsements only).
• Flexible, positive attitude with focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate night shifts with 1 to 3 wave runs per shift.
