Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is looking for experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for regular daytime work at an established manufacturing and distribution operation in the UK. The role involves delivering finished products to customers with typically 1 to 5 drops per day and paying £21.00 per hour.

You will perform daily vehicle checks, assist with loading and unloading when necessary, and ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
• Minimum 1 year’s Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

Job Description

Experienced Class 1 Drivers wanted for regular daytime work! We’re currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for an established manufacturing and distribution operation, offering consistent Monday-to-Friday work and a rate of £21.00 per hour.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering finished products to customers, typically completing between 1 and 5 drops per day.

Some handball and manual handling will be required, including assisting with the loading and unloading of goods when necessary. You’ll need to handle products carefully and ensure deliveries are completed safely and within the required timeframes.

You’ll also carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure all relevant delivery requirements are completed correctly.
