Cencora is seeking a reliable Driver to join our Birmingham team, delivering products, materials and medical samples safely and on time while complying with transport regulations. You will play a key part in supporting critical healthcare operations and service excellence.

With a full UK driving licence and strong organisational skills, you will follow route plans, communicate delivery updates, and help with loading, unloading and documentation to ensure accurate shipping records.

Qualifications

Full, valid driving licence with a safe driving record.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to follow route plans and delivery schedules accurately.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail when handling documentation and shipment records.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Understanding of transport safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Complete scheduled pickup and delivery activities in line with service requirements.
Verify shipment details and ensure accurate transportation documentation.
Obtain required signatures and proof of delivery.
Transport products, materials, and medical samples safely and securely.
Communicate delivery updates, delays, and shipment exceptions promptly.
Support loading, unloading, packaging, and labelling activities.
Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance requirements.
Assist with specialist transport services as required.
