Qualifications

• Must hold a full, valid driving licence and a clean driving record.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities essential.
• Ability to follow routes and delivery schedules accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Understanding of transport safety and compliance requirements.
• Basic IT skills for recording and reporting delivery information.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled pickup and delivery activities in line with service requirements.
• Verify shipment details and ensure accurate transportation documentation.
• Obtain signatures and proof of delivery.
• Transport products and medical samples safely and securely.
• Provide delivery updates and communicate delays or issues.
• Assist with loading, unloading, packaging, and labeling as needed.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance needs.
• Support specialist transport services when required.
