Job summary

Booker Limited is recruiting for a Class 1 Driver at our Fareham Distribution Centre. You will work 45 hours across five of seven days with varying shift patterns, including Saturdays or Sundays per rota.

Drug and alcohol testing apply in pre-employment checks, and schedules rotate with a 2-week cycle. The role requires delivering stock to independent retailers with emphasis on customer service and multi-drop routes, in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience of multi-drop; temperature controlled food deliveries preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Safe delivery of stock to independent retailers stores.
• Complete several multi-drop deliveries daily.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed.
• Check vehicle condition at start and end of shift.
• Work autonomously and as part of the transport team.
