Montgomery Transport Group is seeking experienced Class 1 (C+E) drivers in the Preston area. The role involves delivering a wide range of goods to customers across scheduled routes with a focus on on-time performance and excellent customer service.

You will drive modern, well-maintained fleet vehicles and perform daily checks to ensure safety and compliance. The position offers fixed night shifts with consistent work, home-time at the end of each shift, and benefits including holiday

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class 1 (C+E) licence with CPC and Digi card.
• No more than 6 points on licence, no DND.

Responsabilités

• Transport and deliver a wide range of goods to customers efficiently and on time.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and communicate location and ETA clearly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
• Drive company vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct daily vehicle and trailer inspections with accurate documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, inside and out.
• Fixed Night shifts with consistent work and planning.
• Home at the end of each shift – no tramping or nights out.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and site policies.
