Job summary

Montgomery Transport Group is seeking a reliable Class 1 driver for fixed night shifts in the United Kingdom. You will deliver goods safely and on time, follow routes, communicate ETAs, and provide excellent service to clients.

The role requires CPC, a Digi card, and a clean licence with limited points. You must have at least 1 year of Class 1 experience, strong geographical knowledge, and the ability to complete vehicle checks and paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class 1 (C+E) licence with CPC and Digi card.
• No more than 6 points and no DND on licence.
• At least 1 year Class 1 driving experience is required.
• Reliable driver with good work ethic and punctuality.
• Willingness to support operations and cover routes as needed.
• Experience completing vehicle checks and checkout sheets.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver a wide range of goods to customers efficiently and on time.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and communicate location and ETA clearly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
• Drive company vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct daily vehicle and trailer inspections with accurate documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles inside and out.
