Job summary

Movianto Wakefield is hiring a Class 1 Driver to join our distribution team. You will work Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, with varied start times, delivering to our pharmaceutical logistics network across the region.

You will hold a Class 1 (CE) licence and a full UK licence with no more than 6 penalty points, and you will perform daily vehicle checks, ensure vehicle cleanliness, and comply with tachograph rules. Benefits include pension, health cover, and more.

You’ll be working Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week) with varied start times and will be paid £37,205.16 per annum, plus a night allowance of £2,500.00 per annum.

Purpose of the role

To carry out delivery duties within MoviantoUK transport operations to a standard that satisfies our quality expectations. To follow the procedures documented or briefed to ensure operations are completed.

How you’ll make an impact as a Class1 Driver at Movianto:

• Show flexibility as you may be required to undertake deliveries in other areas within our distribution area.
• Carry out daily maintenance checks and ensure the cleanliness of your vehicle to present a professional image.
• Abide by statutory and legal requirements with relation to drivers& hours and tachograph regulations.
• Always wear safety and company uniforms as provided.

• Good state of health and the physical ability to complete operational tasks.
• Must hold a Class 1 (CE) licence and a full UK drivers licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Demonstrate honesty, credibility and is punctual and present.
