Job Title: CLASS 1 DRIVER

Job Type:

Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary:

£16 - £17.5 Per hour dependat on shift

Days £16 inclusive of holiday pay

Saturday days £17 inclusive of holiday pay

Nights £17 inclusive of holiday pay

Saaturday and Sunday Nights £17.50 inclusive of holiday pay

Job Duties:

• Transport goods and materials from one place to another using a Class 1 curtain sided vehicle
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of goods to designated locations
• Adhere to all relevant driving laws and regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Class 1 driving licence and 12 months relevant experience
• Digital tachograph card
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
• Maximum of 10 points allowed

• Excellent driving skills and road safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Working Conditions:
